The ENSIS 3015 AJ — Rotary Index plant, installed in the Riolo Terme plant, represents an advanced technology for fiber laser cutting. Equipped with a power of 3000 W and automatic beam adjustment depending on the thickness of the sheet, it allows precise cutting results on thin and medium thickness materials, significantly expanding the workable range. The compact structure and the integrated Rotary Index system also allow for fast and stable tube cutting, ensuring a finished product free of defects and a significant increase in production capacity.

The S.C.M. plant has two latest-generation Amada benders, each designed to meet different bending needs.

Amada HG series bending machine: versatile and high speed system, able to guarantee maximum bending precision. The intuitive interface and advanced functions make it possible to significantly reduce delivery times, while the AFH and One Stroke tools minimize tooling operations. The result is high-quality folding with significant energy savings.

Amada HD 1003 ATC Bender: equipped with an Automatic Mold Change (ATC) system, this bending machine automates the entire tooling cycle, reducing setup times and minimizing the risk of errors. It is the most suitable solution for small and heterogeneous batches that require frequent retooling.
